"The OCLC v Clarivate Dilemma" by Karen Coyle: http://kcoyle.blogspot.com/2022/06/the-oclc-v-clarivate-dilemma.html?m=1
Amongst other things, I got a better understanding from thhis post of how MetaDoor is intended to work.
@acka47 from the filing it sounds like someone from oclc sat in on a sales call...I'm genuinely interested to hear how they are thinking of doing the p2p metadata sharing. If you find anything more let us know!

and it looks like it's not actually p2p- only sketchy details but looks like peers retain metadata in their Alma system (not sure about hosting, but seems like platform hosting) but then a query uses a central index that points to them. the product looks like a ranking/scoring/analytics system, which seems predictable.
I can't tell without knowing any details, and i can't find any patent applications, but it seems like they mean peer to peer in the sense that an alma customer has their own cloud portal with API, but then this will sit on top of that as a way of indexing and ranking individual records? which is not p2p as i know it but technically has peers exchanging records through a broker so i guess...
