@raketenlurch Ja, ich beschwere mich, dass schon viele Jahre lang immer wieder viele Millionen Euro, Arbeit und Gedanken in die Lizenzierung kommerzieller Inhalte (deren Erstellung oft auch noch weitestgehend aus Steuergeldern finanziert ist) investiert werden, aber Geld und Personal für den Aufbau nachhaltiger offener Infrastrukturen, Prozesse & Inhalte für Bildung & Wissenschaft fehlen. Landes- oder Nationallizenzen sind lediglich als Übergangsmodell in Ordnung.

@EzellaGarnie @phu @rstockm Ich gebe dir vollkommen Recht. Ziel sollte es sein, dass Bibliotheken ihre eigenen Matrix-Server haben (analog zu E-Mail), openbiblio.eu wäre nur eine Lösung für den Start und für jene, die keinen institutionellen Matrix-Server haben.
