Currently taking my employer's annual training on preventing #harassment and other forms of #discrimination. Yes, it's kind of boring to go through the same videos, quizzes and interactive text displays every year. Yes, I always feel bad for James and Netta.

But it breaks my heart to read the summaries of what's protected by federal law, knowing that there are people who want the power to discriminate based on citizenship and other categories, and people who are too timid to challenge them.
