The PaaS deployment story for a vanilla Rails v8 app isn't great, because of the 4 databases it wants to create.
I know we're all supposed to be using Kamal, SolidQueue, SolidCache & SolidCable now, but it's a shame that it's no longer anywhere near as simple to do `rails new foo` and get it deployed to a PaaS.
Maybe I'll learn my lesson and start using the `--skip-solid` option when I create new apps!

Exciting news! Everything is on track for the OCRE 2024 #cloud framework to start on 3 February 2025. 
Currently, 416 framework agreements with a wide range of commercial #cloudservice providers are being formalised. Once finalised, #OCRE2024 framework agreements will be available in 39 countries across Europe, each with its own portfolio of #IaaS, #PaaS and #SaaS solutions.

In the past, I probably would have used Heroku, but is it still the best option?
