@serge I never splurged on the travel CPAP; I guy guess now I’m glad I didn’t. It is definitely tricky finding distilled water, even in the US sometimes. I’ve used filtered water in a pinch, and even tap water once or twice —but I would never use tap outside the US. And really never should here either; that amoebic thing is nasty.

Sucks though to always have that extra carry-on, virtually guaranteeing you’ll be paying (and waiting on the other end) for a checked bag.

We've got flights later this year between London and San Juan, but because we can't fly direct we're heading out via Madrid and heading back via New York. Connecting flights. We hate them. We did build in a few hours layover because we don't like too much stress and I'm glad we did because so far those flights have been altered by the airlines four times and contracted those connections each time. Still should be okay, but very irritating.
