@tibhannover @TIB_AVPortal @vbib not to forget @libreas. In the current keynote Chris Bourg from #Libraries is - for sure - referring to the Budapest Declaration on two decades ago. eJournal was founded not much later at @IBI_HU under intense influence of pioneer activities in these times. Journal and topic are more relevant then ever.
