cstephens2The pho broth was spot on, so flavorful and delicious. The beef had nice flavor, and the sandwich is a little hard to handle, but when you dip everything in the broth, it makes a really tasty bite. The noodles get a little lost, but I don't think there's a way to avoid that with having the bread. Still, one of my favorites of the day. cstephens2I was really excited to try the pho dip (with rice noodles, sliced beef, shaved jalapeños, pickled onions, and pho broth as a dipping sauce). I thought it was a genius idea to use the concept of a French dip but to use the components of pho instead.
