i686-powered lia<p>It's crazy that in the context of my <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/web" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>web</span></a> experience, <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@marginalia" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>marginalia</span></a></span> went from a fun but ultimately impractical diversion to literally the only way the <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/internet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>internet</span></a> is browsable for me now.</p><p>Try using any <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/searchEngine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>searchEngine</span></a> to look up any broad question that's <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/tech" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tech</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/household" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>household</span></a> or <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/life" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>life</span></a> related. Almost all results will be extremely verbose, LLM generated, pointless (and/or product ads).</p><p>On <a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/Marginalia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Marginalia</span></a>, I found real, human-written and most importantly, *useful* information immediately.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.gamedev.place/tags/MarginaliaSearch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MarginaliaSearch</span></a></p>

Marginalia<p>Pushed a change to <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/MarginaliaSearch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MarginaliaSearch</span></a> that does basic results clustering. Still missing a bit of polish, and only currently enabled for the 'wiki', 'forum' and 'docs' filters, but I think it might be a good change.</p>
