I keep seeing articles about how Biden is saying the Equal Rights Amendment is now part of the Constitution. It's making me feel some pretty red hot rage that he's trying to make us think that two days before a rapist becomes president and starts implementing all the crap in Project 2025, women don't have to worry as much because now we're equal in the Constitution. We agree with American Bar Association that there is no statute of limitations on ratifications, and call upon the US Archivist to do her job and publish the #28thAmendment of the #USConstitution, codifying equal rights for women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Thank you President Biden for bringing this 102 year journey to a close.
