Good morning, y'all, and happy #Slackerday Saturday to ya.

The morning weather report says it's a pleasant 62deg ar wakeup #today, with a mostly cloudy day ahead, but still expected to hit the high 80deg mark today.

The whole future forecast is looking like that. So, I guess it's about that time to take up the ol summer window strategy of closing up tight, with the curtains closed, to the daily overheating and opening at dusk to collect the fresh n cooler nights for comfortably sleeping.
Hopefully, the humidity will help out for a while. And the pollen .

Not much planned to happen here #today. The rib still hollers when twisted too wrongly. So, I'm gonna be paying attention to its wishes n not moving a lot.

But, then it IS #Slackerday Saturday. So, not much is expected, but some procrastinating over some puttering and pondering #myday over more sipping. ️

Welp. I suppose I should get busy doing that. Y'all have a great n successful day of Slacking today.

Hey, y'all. Happy #TGIF to ya #today.
I'm sorta up but moving sorta slowly this morning. Between a sugar crashing from last night's donut feasting and bruising a rib yesterday trying to help the wife with laundry ( don't ask ), it's a late and hard moving morning here.

But I'll pop a PHUKITAL pill and get up n out to stsrt my sit n sip session shortly. Just have to find the fortitude to find n dress n get going.

Not much on my agenda of #myday. It's another hot day in the 80s, but kinda less sunny and more cloudy than yesterday. So, maybe a bit of outside activity.

If my ribs will let me. So, maybe not. Only my sitting n sipping and further flexing n movement and pondering my predicament with discover that.

But, whatever the outcome for me, y'all try to survive your Friday. Just keep in mind, it's only one more shift to #Slackerday Saturday.

Good morning, y'all.
I'm up to see a foggy but sunny start to my #Slackerday #today. A decent 42deg at my sipping start n heading for a sunny 65deg day today.

Woke up Kinda extra stiff n achy from over doin yesterday. I sorta lifted too much n strained some and hurt my chest. Hopefully, it's just muscle n not my heart. But gonna be cautious n sit n sip an extra bit lpnger n wait n see what #myday brings my way #today .

Anyways, I'm figuring it's gonna be no problem n effort to sit back n sip slowly in the morning sunshine and find nothing worth doing much of today. At least thems the plans.

Y'all have a great day being a little lazy, procrastinating a lot, and doin less working today.

It's been a good day of doin next to nothing #today.

Y'all would be so proud of me and my earnest lack of doin's. I've spent the whole day lounging around, slacking off and just sitting n sipping and munching #myday away. Ya would think I was celebrating #SofaSunday or something

Even got the wife fixing dinner for us tonight.

So, I'm thinking it's been a day of not doing well done.

Hope y'all have been as successful at slacking this #Slackerday.if not, there's always tomorrow's sofa surfing.

Ugh. I'm up n off to a really bad start to #myday #today. I don't know how n why, but somehow I have messed up the right side of my neck. It's super stiff n painful with every little twitch and turn of it. So, movin is kinda rough this morning.

Worse yet for this #Slackerday Saturday is It's another cloudy morning with no sunshine to join me in my sitting n sipping again. Add to that the threat of a few sprinklings of rain falling on n off all day to ruin #myday, and ya get the gloomy picture of how today is going.

Ah,well. Thankfully, it IS #Slackerday Saturday, and I'm not expected to do much.

I sure hope y'all have a much more pleasant day of slacking off #today.

Hey y'all . Happy "trash day" Thursday to ya.

I'm up n sorta stiffly moving this sunny morning. I'm thinking it's from actually working a few muscles that haven't been too active for awhile. So, I'm not sure what this old body is gonna let me do #today.

It's a pleasant 47deg start to #myday here #today and heading into the 80s. Yeah, that hot already and no rain expected to dampen my trip with the bin #today.

I'm wondering if some "nine-to-fiver" somehow drew their attention away from me to have em saving their rain to mess with somebody else's plans. That seems to be their action plans as of late. Nice all week and rainy, stormy stuff for the weekends.

Not that I care, them being my slack off #Slackerday's and sofa surfing #SofaSunday's. But kinda feel sorry for those who actually wanna do something useful then.

Welp. Enough thinking about stuff so early before coffee ️. Y'all have a happy Thursday.

Hey, y'all . I'm up n moving in a very dark n gloomy start to #myday #today. The weekend of wicked weather is underway here. Heavy rain, lots of thunder n flashing lightning, and gusty winds with the possibility of some strong tornadoes popping up.

So, as ya probably guess, #myday is gonna be one of hunkering down with the wife, and just waiting to see what the weather gods will be throwing my way #today.

Thankfully, there's no loss of power predicted.. yet... so the coffee pot was able to brew a big pot of morning sipping for my sitting and weather watching.️

Hey, y'all. Happy #TGIF Friday n all that good stuff.

Welp, I up with the .. well.. rain n clouds to start #myday #today. No sunshine rising, so yeah, not off to a good start. But it's 61deg heading to 80 today. The rain is supposed to let up n the clouds to mozy along and let the sun shine by this afternoon. So, at least I have that to look forward to.

Meanwhile, I'm thinking of taking things slow n easy today. Sit back n sip and practice slouching for tomorrow's #Slackerday of slacking. Maybe spend the day watching the rain n clouds roll by or something.

Hey, y'all . Happy #Slackerday Saturday to ya. I'm up n off to a bad start this morning. And, I, for one, am very happy to see #myday dedicated to slacking arrive #today.

It has been a rough week mentally for me. The continuing wreaking of my country's honor and integrity by the MAGA mobsters' intent in forming a nasty, terrible Trumpistan in it place has me hiding my head under the mental protection of my comfy cuddlin blankets.

The removal of competent people to be replaced by circus clowns minus the big red noses, the ripping up good faith agreements to be replaced with ..... Well, i have a whole rant swimming in my head today that I'll stop yelling at y'all about now.

Intead, I'll wish y'all a decent Slackerday Saturday today, and go sip some coffee and shake my head silently in dread of what's to come.

Yeah, not so happy thoughts for a quiet day of doin nothin, I know. Hope y'all do better.

YAY, We've made it to #TGIF Friday.!
And I'm taking my sweet ol time rollin' outa my warm n cozy bed to face this frosty, freezing cold 17deg F, start to #myday.

It's supposed to actually warm up above freezing #today. Though still quite cold for around these parts for this time of year, to about 40deg #today. Normally, we're looking at a pleasant day in the 60s. But HEY, at least it is a bright n sunny start, so there's some morning sunshine to sit n sip in. ️

I'm sorta hoping that if it DOES hit such a high today, I might be enticed to stop hibernating on my comfy couch for a visit outside for some extra sun time or something. But that's quite a few coffees and many minutes of Honey-doins down my Friday doin 'road.

Meantime, there's coffee to sip, morning sunshine to sit n soak in, a Friday of Honey-doins to handle.

I am sure looking forward to a long, hard day of slacking off #today.
In fact, I'm off to an early start to it starting #myday, staying in my warm n cozy bed.

We got a bit more rain overnight, leaving behind a cloudy n foggy morning. Warm enough, though, at 58deg n heading into the high 70s again #today. They say it is supposed to a break up and float away, giving us a warm n sunny day.

I broke out our hammocks in preparation. Just in case. So I will have em ready to continue my slacking this afternoon, slacking n soaking it the sunshine if all goes as planned.

On the downside of #myday, I have come to regret opening the house to the warm, fresh air the weather has provided. Even with everything still brown n dead looking, and not a bud blooming anywahere, my nose if off
n running away, and I've been sneezing up a storm the last few days and still this morning.

It's another gloomy, cloudy, and foggy morning greeting my rise n shine to start #myday again #today. But at least again, on the warm side at 59deg heading towards 70deg #today.
Might even get a spit or two of rain the help me get my trash bin back from the curb in a bit.

Somehow, some way, I got myself all worked up at bedtime. Most likely watching n reading up on the news of the day.
So I spent my night tossing n turning and unable to get a proper sleep.

But HEY, who cares. It's #TGIF Friday, and I have only a few Honey-do musta-dos facing me #today. So, I'll probably get sufficient couch potato-ing time #today to make up for it.

Welp. I haven't much else to toot to ya about this morning. So I will just say Happy #TGIF Friday to ya and go looking for some more coffee to sit n sip, scroll a bit, and watch the fog float by my window with. Y'all have a great day and stress free slide into your #Slackerday Saturday #today .

Hey, y'all . Good morning, and Happy Monday to ya. If there is such a thing for ya #today.

Up n hurting but moving to another easrly summer-like day here #today. Starting #myday at a calm n warm 42deg, with the prospects of lots of sunshine and high temperatures in the mid-70s.

I'm also looking at a ton of outdoor Honey-doins facing me, as the weather increasingly improves. But this old achy body is finding tackling em pretty tough. I'm still hurting for over stressing myself on #Slackerday Saturday.
Sofa surfing all day yesterday helped. But not enough yet. So, I'm not sure how much of that outdoor Honey-stuff I'm gonna be able to get to.

Of course, being the start of a new month, there's that old game of "Rich for a day" to play #today, too.
When ya sit down and stare at that handsome sum showing in your balance, and smile.
Then, see it slowly slip all away as each bill gets paid.

Well, this has turned into a #Slackerday Saturday for the most part. I did go out on my errand, and when I came back I spent some time trying to repair my winter coat: it's an old down coat that has been leaking feathers and lost a couple of buttons. It should be better now.

I wrote a small number of words, but mostly I've just pottered around the house. The book is taking shape in my mind, but the words aren't flowing, not yet anyway.

Maybe tomorrow.

I'm having a pretty decent #Slackerday #today.

Got busy early tackling my Saturday Honey-doins with little procrastinating and putter playing around with them.

So, I was able to gettem done and got out for some extra sitting n sipping in the sunshine .

It was still only 48 degrees out there, and the sun was mostly out n shining nicely. The breeze was a bit nippy, but light enough not to discourage a nice long sit n soak for about an hour, before Heather hollered it was lunchtime and she was hungry. Even snuck in a little bare belly basking, too.

Next up on my list of doins #today is a brief nap and full belly digesting session and then probably more watching of the adventures n exploits of SG-1, saving us all from the evil aliens. I'm up to season 7.

Good morning, y'all. Woke up in the perfect #Slackerday mood this Saturday. It's another, n hopefully last, very cold, below freezing start to #myday #today. Just a calm but cold 20deg ( -7C) here. So, I'm taking my sweet ol time mozying out in search of coffee n warmth from the rising sun. ️

It's supposed to warm up into the 50s #today and be sunny. So, kinda hoping to get outside for some sun soaking if the breeze permits. Other than that, my only intentions are to sit n sip n slack off n do little #today.

Y'all try your best to enjoy a successful day of slacking off too, #today.

I'm up n off to a foggy, soggy start to my #Slackerday #today.
It rained overnight. A step towards a slippery setup for the Arctic cold snap heading our way. I suppose ya can't get a slick n slippery frozen without a little soggy something happening beforehand, and #today is providing to be that this morning .

At least #myday #today will be a warm one up near 60deg. But clouds n no sun today for sitting n sipping in. But the coffee still awaits, so not everything is annoying me (yet) #today. ️

Gonna be taking it easy today. Thinking it's a good day to hunker down on the comfy couch for some marathon viewing of my "Stargate SG-1 " collection.
